Licensing

We offer a comprehensive service in respect of licensing matters. We deal with all issues relating to the provision of regulated activities under the Licensing Act 2003, from the administration of basic applications to the advocacy relating to contested applications (whether on behalf of the applicant or making representations on behalf of interested parties).

We have acted for numerous clients operating hotels, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and convenience stores as well as dealing with new licences and variations thereof for all types of premises, from the high street to the rural village and community centre.

Roger Price holds the BIIAB National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders and has considerable experience in a wide variety of licensing matters.
