Our annual assessment for continued Lexcel accreditation was carried out by an independent assessor in January 2010 and we are pleased to announce that following this assessment the Law Society has confirmed their decision to continue to certificate our firm with the Lexcel quality mark.
The assessor commented:-
“The Firm has focused on continuing improvement through the past year, stimulated by the 2009 Lexcel feedback and by the economic climate. Some difficult decisions were made, but in fact achieved operational improvements thanks to the quality culture.
As a result, Pickering & Butters have been found to be still maintaining the Lexcel Standard, and to have employed some notable practices and innovations to do so.”
