Pickering & Butters have recently undergone their re-accreditation assessment with Lexcel, and passed with flying colours.
Lexcel is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management.
The assessor recently attended our offices for 2 days, and interviewed a number of staff members as well as reviewing the many policies and procedures that we have in place to ensure that Pickering & Butters provides quality service to clients, as well as quality in managing the business and as an employer.
The assessor commented “This was a very notable demonstration of Lexcel compliance and, as in the previous assessment, the culture remains open with a positive ethos and as the firm continues to grow, it remains a very supportive and friendly environment. There were no non-compliances found demonstrating the commitment the Firm continues to support in its everyday operations.”
