James Wallbank Appointed as Partner

Solicitor and Head of Litigation, James Wallbank has been appointed Partner. 

James started to work with the firm in 2004 during his studies and after impressing the Partners with his standout work ethic was offered a Training Contract to become a solicitor in 2008.  After qualifying in 2010 James began to work in the Litigation Department and soon grew from being the junior lawyer in the team to Head of Department.    Will Johnson, Managing Partner, commented; “We are delighted that James has become a Partner with the Firm. He has worked extremely hard to achieve this success and we are very happy that he has joined the Partnership”. 

 

James represents clients across a broad range of disputes, but specialises in matters of personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Anything where a dispute, or potential dispute, arises James can usually help; whether this be advice on employment matters, debtors, contract disputes or  Inheritance Act claims. When asked about his recent promotion, James commented; “I’m very excited to take up this new position and look forward to continue progressing my career with the firm”.
