Pickering & Butters has announced its renewal of sponsorship of Milford Hall Cricket Club for the 12th year running.
The Club is situated in the beautiful village of Milford, on the outskirts of Cannock Chase. Pickering & Butters Solicitors and Milford Hall Cricket Club both have records dating back over 100 years ago and are well rooted local organisations.
The sponsorship deal reflects Pickering & Butters Solicitors’ keen commitment to be an integral part of the Stafford and Rugeley communities where they have offices based in both towns. Will Johnson, Managing Partner, commented; “The cricket club is a fantastic club that provides excellent coaching and facilities for the entire community. Its excellent record is testament to all of the hard work that has gone in to developing all sections of the club from the Juniors to adults and now the ladies teams. We are proud to assist in whatever way we are able”.
Dave Smith, Chairman of Milford Hall Cricket Team confirmed that the pledge from the local solicitors firm will go towards the refurbishment of the clubroom at the Cricket Club. Our aim is to provide as much opportunity for the community to partake in sport and experience social wellbeing. As a volunteer organisation to have backing from Pickering & Butters is fantastic, with their support we can continue to improve our facilities for the benefit of local children and their families”.
